OpenSiteTrust is an open-source, explainable website trust scoring project (MVP).

What we measure

• S — HTTPS/security headers, TLS expiry, DNSSEC
• C — Domain heuristics, optional Google Safe Browsing
• T — Transparency pages: privacy/terms/about/contact, security.txt, etc.
• U — Community votes with smoothing and ramp-up

SEO & Transparency

We expose robots.txt, sitemap, humans.txt, and security.txt to help search engines and security researchers learn about the project.
